Return Policy

At EdgeWave, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you encounter any issues such as shortages, damages, or incorrect items, please report them within 48 hours of delivery to  EdgeWave ataccounts@edgewave.co.za

Approved returns will be issued a Pick up Slip via email.
Please note that we do not accept returns for short-dated, dormant, or damaged stock.
Returns are only accepted with an authorized EdgeWave uplift note and must be made within 7 days of receiving the uplift note.
Please be aware that a 20% uplift fee will apply to all returns.
For any price claims, these must be submitted in writing within 14 days of delivery for consideration toaccounts@edgewave.co.za
